CMA is proud to continue working with a forward-thinking, remote accountancy practice. As a Client Account Manager, you will work as part of their Accounts Team, to ensure the smooth running of the compliance work for their clients.
What will the Client Account Manager role involve?
- Being the first port of call for all accounts questions from clients.
- Reviewing clients’ numbers in Xero and preparing Xero for the Outsourcing Team.
- Reviewing the statutory Accounts and Tax Computations.
- Helping clients have meaningful information at their fingertips.
Suitable Candidate for the Client Account Manager vacancy:
- A positive attitude and a team player.
- 2+ years’ of working in a similar role within a practice.
- Studying towards your ACCA.
- Excellent client service skills including the ability to build trust and rapport.
