Senior Client Analyst, Transaction Management – I year interim contract – Central London - £500 per day Umbrella – Hybrid working

Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a global asset servicing organisation, based in Central London, in the search for an Interim Senior Client Analyst with transaction management experience.

They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)

This role is crucial in providing operational support to various areas affecting the Group, particularly in implementing projects and initiatives related to Entitlements and Tax functions globally. The ideal candidate will also contribute to crisis management and the analysis of operational issues to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have Transaction Management and Client facing experience.

Position purpose:

Transaction Management is a function within Global Operations which provides practical operational services and support to a range of areas affecting the Group.

Specifically, the function supports client query handling, client query management and resolution, support for all local & global initiatives relating to Transaction Management any crisis management requirements for the Group provides analysis of operational issues as required to resolve issues, reduce risk, increase efficiency, increase client satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities:

  • 90%- Provide excellent client query management and resolution, working with service partners to answer and resolve client issues
  • 5% Support for Transaction Management (Settlement) related initiatives
  • 5% Analysis of operational issues affecting the Transaction Management Group, as required, aiming to resolve issues, reduce risk, increase efficiency or increase client satisfaction
