Job Purpose

  • Support a portfolio of clients, offering the full suite of general accounting services including bookkeeping, statutory accounts, management accounts and more.
  • Preparation of tax computations, and advisory support for clients.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, adopting a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Reviewing the work of other team members, adding valued input.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Managing a team of fellow ambitious accountants and ensuring they remain motivated, inspired and develop professionally.
  • Work closely with Managers and Directors to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Occasional travel to the firm's head offices in the North West.
  • Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.

  • ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified.
  • Unqualified with the passion to work towards qualification whilst gaining hands on practice experience would also be considered.
