- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Oversee the year-end accounts process, preparing for pre-year-end meetings and finalizing accounts.
- Provide business owners with meaningful insights and information.
- Engage in exciting project work that makes a difference for our clients.
- Advise business owners on strategies to enhance their businesses.
- Expand your portfolio by onboarding new clients.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or is working towards it (or qualified by experience).
- A passion for client service, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience working with small business owners.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
- A desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Knowledge of Xero (desirable).
- A positive attitude and a love for teamwork.
