• Prepare and review management accounts, VAT returns, and FCA filings
• Liaise directly with clients to deliver tailored financial advice and support
• Post month-end journals and manage bookkeeping tasks
• Undertake ad hoc financial projects, including cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies in client delivery
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working culture

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified (or QBE/part-qualified with strong experience)
• Previous experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with exposure to financial services clients
• A proactive mindset, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others grow
• Confidence in handling a busy workload and managing multiple deadlines

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
