Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international clients, acting as the main point of contact for all accounting, tax, and advisory needs
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, many of whom are based in German-speaking regions
- Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments and external advisors to deliver a seamless service
- Lead and support junior team members, encouraging professional development
- Advise clients on UK compliance requirements and business strategy
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and client service innovation

Candidate Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience managing a portfolio of clients in an accountancy or advisory firm
- Excellent technical knowledge in accounting, tax, and compliance
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in supporting international businesses
- Confident communication skills and cultural awareness
