Are you an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for building strong client relationships? A dynamic opportunity awaits to join a supportive and innovative team, delivering exceptional accounting services that empower businesses to thrive.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier service to a diverse portfolio of clients. Partnering closely with a Client Relationship Director (CRD), you will oversee the delivery of bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT services. Your proactive approach and financial expertise will ensure client satisfaction and drive informed business decisions.

Role Overview:

What you will be doing as a Cloud Accounting Manager:

  • Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns to meet client deadlines.
  • Review and ensure the quality of work across key financial deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing advisory services that add value.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of their financial needs.
  • Working on cloud based systems such as Xero and Quickbooks.
  • Deliver accurate management information and VAT returns on time.
  • Complete year-end accounts within three months of the fiscal year-end.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all client deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA/ACCA qualification (required).
  • Experience of bookkeeping and management accounts preparation experience.
  • Experience preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience delivering advisory services and reviewing financial work.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Analytical thinker with a natural aptitude for numbers.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with moderate Microsoft Office experience.
