A rapidly expanding independent insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of London, handling complex claims for corporate clients across a range of industries, including Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, Liability etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims for VIP Corporate clients with premiums starting from £100k+
- Provide professional advice and ensure excellent service delivery
- Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal teams to manage claims from cradle to grave
- Produce detailed monthly claims reports and attend client/insurer meetings
- Work with Account Executives to guide on Fleet Risk Management and claims strategies
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, PI, and Management Liability claims
- Strong understanding of claims procedures and experience with systems like Acturis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- CII or CILA qualifications (desirable but not essential)
