Commercial Finance Analyst, 12 month FTC, Media, £55-£65k

Altum Consulting are currently partnering with an established Media business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst for an initial 12-month FTC. The successful candidate will join a high calibre team and be the finance lead on a large upcoming project. Candidates must be available to start in May/June.

Role:

  • Take ownership of the project from a finance perspective, owning and maintaining the business case/business partnering to project lead and senior stakeholders.
  • Report and interpret monthly financial results, tracking performance vs forecast of project.
  • Update forecast, budgeting and long-range planning.
  • Financial scenario modelling.
  • Modelling out and evaluating impact of commercial negotiation strategies.
  • From analysis/negotiations provide recommendations and highlight key risks and opportunities.

You'll be/have:

  • Qualified Accountant with post qualified experience in a finance lead role for high profile projects.
  • Impeccable analysis and modelling skills (advanced excel required, Power BI)
  • Ability to work and pace and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong experience of influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Available to start in May/June
