The StoryAxon Moore are currently partnerered with a phenomenally high growth Technology business in Central London with significant Private Equity backing from a leading Mid-Market investor. Our client received PE funding 6 months ago and are embarking on a journey of growth and transformation including developing the existing systems, identifying M&A opportunities and EBITDA growth through diligent use of Data. As Commercial Finance Lead, you will be working closely with the CFO to realise the ambitions of the investors and senior management team. The Role 
  • As Commercial Finance Lead you will be responsible for the provision of high level MI and running the commercial function 
  • Building fit for purpose dashboards utilising PowerBi to provide ongoing commercial information
  • Ownership of company financial model 
  • Forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Supporting the preparation of the monthly board pack including commentary
  • Business partnering with non-finance including marketing, product and sales 
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth including potential M&A and cost efficiencies 
  • Supporting planned M&A including integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Driving top and bottom line growth alongside the CFO
The Individual 
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ideally practice trained
  • Experience of a similarly strategic FP&A/commercial role 
  • Exposure to Private Equity is highly desirable
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
