Due to continued growth, our client who are a leading player in the hospitality / retail space are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to lead their business partnering team. This fantastic opportunity would ideally suit a candidate passionate about working with people, both finance and non-finance, building effective working relationships and supporting operational teams with commercial analysis.

Duties will include:

Business partnering - finance support for operations, leading P&L cost projects and analysis, supporting departmental heads
Management reporting - oversight and review of team delivery of monthly management accounts, review of cost centre spending, continual development and enhancement of reporting to suit business requirements
Continuous improvement - working with the business to identify, scope and deliver financial process improvement to drive efficiency
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and importantly be passionate about supporting the development of your team
