A FTSE leading retailer is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate as a finance business partner for its loyalty programe.
This is a broad role as the company looks at the transformation of its Loyalty programme.
You will own the business case for the new strategy, and provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to enable decision-making at ExCo level on investment choices.
You will collaborate cross functionally across divisions to assess specific initiatives, model potential benefits and build into P&L projections.
Main duties include:
- Strategy and Investment: financial analysis and insight to support the loyalty strategy,
- Budget and Forecast: Support delivery of reforecasts and long-term planning.
- Analysis and Reporting: responsible for programme performance decks, developing insightful analysis and metrics to assess performance across the Loyalty programme
- Risk Management: horizon scanning for risks and opportunities across the Loyalty programme delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
- Monthly Cadence: Co-ordination and management of month end processes, ensuring key stakeholders are aware of requirements and timelines. Meeting with key stakeholders on a monthly basis to provide overview of performance
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified in a commercial finance role. Any experience of loyalty would be highly desirable.
