Description
- Oversee and manage the financial planning and budget management functions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports.
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning.
- Develop, implement, and manage the financial systems and processes.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
- Engage with the finance committee of the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections.
Profile
A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
