A PE backed multi-site business is looking to hire a commercial finance manager.
Reporting directly into the CFO you will be supporting the Commercial, Operations and Property teams in the business with analysis and insight to support business decision making.
Main duties include:
Own, operate and improve the long-term business forecasting model
Lead the short and long-term business planning, annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
Produce key financial reporting and insights
Support investment appraisal modelling for Organic developments with the property team - deriving pricing forecast and P&L model
Support the M&A workstream of the business, helping to assess potential opportunities and support with any due diligence and analysis requirements for the executive team
Support the CFO with banking and funding discussions, requests and analysis
Support the referral sign off process via pricing reviews with the Commercial team.
Ownership of the pricing model and ensure flexing with business performance and continuously reviewed
Full review of fee packages
You will be ACA/CFA qualified or equivalent with a strong financial modelling background, which could be in Transactions services, a financial modelling team or within a commercial finance role.
This is a highly commercial role with great senior exposure in a business which continues to grow at pace
