Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insight, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with the organisation's broader goals and objectives.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and management accounts, providing detailed analysis to guide decision-making.
- Develop financial models to assess business performance, profitability, and investment decisions.
- Work with various departments to analyse performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee financial planning processes, ensuring financial plans are realistic and aligned with business expectations.
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Provide financial expertise for non-routine matters, such as business integrations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications/Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in a commercial finance role.
- Strong background in financial management and business partnering within wealth management, financial services, or a related sector.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting with advanced analytical skills.
