Our client is seeking an experienced individual within managing the administration of Corporate Group schemes such as Risk, Pension and Healthcare products. Our client is an established IFA firm who has expanded their corporate division.

This role will provide you with circa 50 corporate clients (with around 5,000 members) for you to oversee and manage. You will take a key position within the team for leading the oversight of the schemes, however you will also be supported by colleagues with experience in this area, including Consultants and Administrators

Your duties will include:

  • Managing the existing portfolio of Group Risk, Pension, and Healthcare clients
  • Carrying out annual governance meetings with HR / Accounts / Directors
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the corporate portfolio
  • Identify and refer other financial planning services the wider business offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues, and key stakeholders
  • Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
  • Liaising with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
  • Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice

Corporate Benefits Scheme Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing Group Risk, Pension and Healthcare schemes
  • You should have desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
  • Proven track record of client retention and able to identify potential new opportunities
  • Knowledge of employee benefit platforms would be an advantage
