A high-growth, boutique corporate finance advisory firm based in Central London is currently seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with previous M&A transaction experience, to join specialist team working with multinational media clients on UK and international deals.

In this role, you will work directly with the Corporate Finance MD to support the execution of Corporate Finance mandates and perform broad roles involving all aspects of a transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

  • Work as part of a small deal team alongside Directors working on all aspects of deals
  • Have extensive interaction with clients on transactions
  • Take responsibility for major parts of deals getting involved in deal negotiation
  • Financial modelling, financial analysis and deal structuring.
  • Delivery of critical transaction materials, including to investor and buyer research
  • Performing due diligence and project manage transactions to financial close.

The ideal candidate will come from an investment banking or corporate finance background, either from a boutique or larger accounting practice. Candidates must be ACA qualified and have excellent deal sheet and M&A experience. Candidates must be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
