We are working with a growing accountancy practice who are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team as a Corporate Finance Executive. Role Overview: As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will work closely with team members to deliver a range of services including M&A advisory, financial due diligence, capital markets services, financial modelling, valuation, and debt advisory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of buy-side advisory services and financial due diligence reports.
  • Support the preparation of capital markets services and reports.
  • Contribute to pitching and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate input from specialist teams and prepare insightful financial and commercial analysis.
  • Network and drive leads and fees to the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree educated and ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience in leading audit assignments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
