Our client, a national corporate finance house are looking for a talented manager with Corporate Finance experience to join their growing team in London.Working as part of the Corporate Finance team, you will work on lead advisory and transaction support roles, in a hands on, pro-active, client-facing role. Whilst principally Corporate Finance focused, the role necessarily includes good accounting, tax and commercial knowledge as well as a breadth of client experience.Responsibility will include:Providing a full spectrum Corporate Finance services to a wide variety of mainly SME clients..Project managing a range of transactional and advisory work, leading a team of dedicated support staff.Attending meetings with Partners & clients, providing technical and lead advisory support; liaising with portfolio holders and other team members to bring together necessary advice and information for client projects.Experience:Corporate Finance in practice experience is preferable but industry experience will be considered, provided reasonable level of transactional experience/active involvement in the owner managed/SME sector in the UK.
