Corporate Finance Senior Manager

This role has been created by our client as a result of growth leading to the need to hire a Senior Manager within their corporate finance function focusing on the complete deal cycle.
You will take ownership of the entire due diligence process, typically working on transactions of £2-50m, supporting OMB clients across the Greater London area. Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough and accurate financial investigations into company performance, offering detailed analysis of reports to clients and stakeholders and providing insightful commentaries and elaborating on findings.
The successful individual will have worked within a practice environment ideally Top 50 providing commercial guidance to an OMB client base. You may be a Manager looking to step up or currently working as a Senior Manager, either way this opportunity offers genuine progression to Partner level.
