Corporate Tax Manager - London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CTA / ACA / ACCAqualified Corporate Tax Manager to join a well-established firm of chartered accountants offering excellent benefits. You will handle a mix of advisory and compliance work, managing complex tax portfolios and contributing to strategic tax planning.

They are looking candidates for both Manager and Senior Manager positions.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide advisory services, including corporate restructuring, share schemes, international structuring, R&D tax relief claims, and EIS / SEIS advice.
• Develop remuneration strategies and handle enquiry work.
• Conduct technical research and seek tax planning opportunities.
• Oversee junior team members, offering coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate directly with partners and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Tax Assistant Manager, Tax Senior or in a simialr role.
• Hold a CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification.
• Proven track record in both advisory and compliance roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
