Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and delivering tax planning solutions.
- Provide advisory services on corporate tax matters, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Review corporate tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to winning new client engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
