About the RoleAs a Corporate Tax Manager, you will work closely with senior management and partners to provide bespoke tax advice to a diverse client base. You will lead on tax advisory projects, guide junior team members, and play a key role in developing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services to clients.

  • Oversee tax structuring projects, including statutory demergers, company share repurchases, and corporate reconstructions.

  • Manage and review tax valuations and clearance submissions to HMRC.

  • Lead tax due diligence projects, working with colleagues across service lines.

  • Advise on employee share incentives and tax relief schemes such as EIS/SEIS.

  • Write and review detailed technical tax reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Support compliance work by reviewing complex corporation tax returns and providing technical guidance.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a strong team culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified or Qualified by Experience Corporate Tax Professionals

  • Strong knowledge of corporation tax

  • Experience in tax structuring, due diligence, and advisory work
