The Role
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including large owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and international groups.
  • Lead on a mix of corporate tax compliance and advisory work, covering areas such as M&A tax, structuring, and cross-border tax issues.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients, identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering commercially focused solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping to develop the next generation of tax professionals.
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
About You
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, with strong corporate tax experience gained in a UK accountancy firm.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients, with exposure to advisory projects.
  • Confident in building client relationships and delivering complex tax advice in a clear and commercial manner.
  • A strong team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior staff.
