Description

  • Manage a variety of tax advisory projects, including corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Oversee tax diagnostic reviews to identify tax risks or opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
  • Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
  • Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Provide key contribution to the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach taken.
  • Report directly to the Tax Partner and Director on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and budget for engagements.

Profile

A successful 'Corporate Tax Mergers & Acquisitions Manager' should have:

  • A solid background in corporate tax.
  • Experience in dealing with Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Experience in tax advisory work and managing a large client portfolio.
  • Proven experience in client handling and project management.
  • Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, or law.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
