Description
- Manage a variety of tax advisory projects, including corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Oversee tax diagnostic reviews to identify tax risks or opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence.
- Provide key contribution to the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach taken.
- Report directly to the Tax Partner and Director on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and budget for engagements.
Profile
A successful 'Corporate Tax Mergers & Acquisitions Manager' should have:
- A solid background in corporate tax.
- Experience in dealing with Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Experience in tax advisory work and managing a large client portfolio.
- Proven experience in client handling and project management.
- Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, or law.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- An estimated salary range of £55,500 - £65,500 per annum.
