Corporate Tax Senior Manager in a Big 4 Accountancy Practice based in London! We are working closely with our prestigious client to further expand their increasingly growing corporation tax team focusing on international corporates who are looking for a Manager who relishes technical challenges and enjoys build relationships with clients.Clients include household names in nearly all sectors allowing a diverse portfolio and the ability to gain an insight into different tax issues.Benefits

Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and offers opportunities to find innovative solutions to both tax and business issues of companies and become a leading adviser on the latest tax developments. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work alongside a group of corporate tax specialists with the support of Managers
  • Provide further insight to clients in in particular areas of interest such as international structuring, finance and treasury tax, advising on operating models, or certain industry sectors
  • Liaise and work directly with prestigious Partners to coach and guide you in your career
  • Supporting tax audits of large international corporates
  • Developing the wider team through the involvement of training, technical education, and soft skill development
  • Opportunities to develop further through client secondments

RequirementsCandidates will need to be fully CTA or ACA qualified with significant experience in UK and International corporate tax working on complex transactions.Additional requirements include:

  • Experience in tax accounting and tax audits is ideal
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth processes and organisation
  • Show initiative when dealing with clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate strong technical analytical abilities with the ability to work alongside several teams simultaneously
