I am currently working with a Top 15 firm currently seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing real estate corporate tax team. This is a highly reputable firm known for providing a high quality of service to clients.

Within this position you will play a pivotal role in growing and leading the real estate tax team, working closely with both the partner and director to grow this speciality within the wider corporate tax function. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of this team, for a motivated individual looking for career advancement and a chance to make a substantial impact within a firm.

The role:

  • Managing a portfolio of real estate clients, providing stand-alone tax consultancy and compliance services
  • Lead transactional work including tax structuring and due diligence related to M&A activities
  • Support the Partner and Director in winning new clients for the business and developing current client relationships
  • Prepare and review REIT financial statements, PID calculations and trackers
  • Manage and support any junior members of the team

The successful candidate:

  • CTA Qualified
  • Strong experience in corporation tax
  • Practical experience dealing with a real estate tax portfolio and providing advice to REITS and property businesses
