The Role:
As a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of Financial Services clients, focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fund Reporting.
- Provide both compliance and advisory services, ensuring your clients remain tax-efficient and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, offering guidance and support on complex tax matters.

What We're Looking For:
- ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
- Proven expertise working with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fund Reporting clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
- A combination of compliance and advisory experience, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex tax issues.
- A commercial mindset, with a proactive approach to client engagement and business development.
