The Role:

As a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of Financial Services clients, focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fund Reporting.
  • Provide both compliance and advisory services, ensuring your clients remain tax-efficient and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, offering guidance and support on complex tax matters.
  • Play a key role in identifying tax planning opportunities, advising clients on tax-efficient structures and strategies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement tax strategies that align with the firm's growth objectives in the financial services sector.

  • ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven expertise working with Private EquityVenture Capital, and Fund Reporting clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
  • A combination of compliance and advisory experience, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex tax issues.
