Ruby Group are looking for a Credit Control Manager to join an SME operating within media production located in central London, with a t/o of £15 million reporting into the Financial Controller your responsibilities will be

Manage the Credit control function up to litigation, supervising two credit controllers. Ensuring debtors days remain within 30 days, running credit checks and setting credit limits in line with policy. Oversee preparation of weekly reminders and monthly statements. Preparation of monthly KPI reports on sales ledger reporting including, accounts on hold, bad debts and arrears, Large corporate account management including dealing with debit note queries and invoice queries ensuring payment. Escalating customer issues as necessary, assisting with bank reconciliations and experience of dealing with invoice finance an advantage. You will also assist with year end and month end accounts.

The Ideal applicant will have a proven track record reducing debtor days with a minimum of 4 years credit management experience. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workload. Candidates that have used Xero will have an advantage. Intermediate excel skills are essential.
