- Manage a team of 2 credit controllers and promote a positive team approach
- Responsible for the credit control of all balances, including Aged & Bad debt
- Maintain relationships with internal / external stakeholders and develop relationships with various areas within the business (Claims, Finance and Underwriting)
- Collection, settlement and allocation of all written premiums
- Ensure processes are followed at all times in an accurate manor
- 10+ years’ experience within credit control, specifically within the insurance sector
- Good understanding of payment terms in Lloyd’s format
- Experience managing a small team
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Great communications skills and attention to detail
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- Salary dependent on experience, ranging between £40,000 - £60,000
