Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Credit Control Supervisor or a 6 month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead collection efforts by managing outstanding accounts and addressing paymentdelays.
  • Focused effort on resolving historical balances on complex aged invoicing issuesthrough
  • Ensuring paid media passthrough costs have been correctly invoiced toclients
  • Ensuring payments and credits are allocated to the correct client invoices
  • PO allocation and reconciliation where necessary
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure promptpayments.
  • Assist with paid media reconciliations and pass through analysis
  • Implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve overall cash flow onmaterially delayed balances
  • Identify improvements in debt collection processes.
  • Work alongside our financial operations team to review,analyse, update (via change process) and maintain reliable customer master data

Profile:

The successful temporary, Credit Control Supervisor will have at least 5+ years experience working with complex aged debt and will have had experience working with 'passthrough' clients.

Candidates must come from Media or Advertising to be considered for this role.

You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice.

Client:

Our client is a global Media Agency based in London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.

Salary & Benefits:

This immediate, temporary Credit Control Supervisor role will be paying circa £200 - £275 per day dependant on experience.
