CRO MANAGER
Location: Covent Garden (3 days in-office, with Fridays mandatory in-office)Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

THE COMPANY:
This organisation is a hybrid between consultancy and agency, partnering with leading entertainment, publishing, e-commerce, B2B, and travel brands. They specialise in delivering digital strategy, performance media, conversion optimization, and analytics, acting as an extension of their clients' teams to achieve measurable success.
THE ROLE:
As a CRO Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire testing cycle, from research and insight generation to implementation and optimisation. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you'll manage their conversion optimisation efforts and help unlock commercial value through strategic experimentation.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- End-to-End Testing Cycle:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Generate insights and prioritize high-impact test ideas with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Execute and manage tests using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, and Piano (developers available for advanced implementations).
- Ensure seamless test setup, triggers, and functionality on testing platforms.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their CRO goals and manage processes that align with their needs.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRO or a related role.
- Proficiency in working with web analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data, with confidence in pulling and analyzing large data sets.
- Full-cycle experimentation management experience, including research, implementation, and analysis.
- A technical mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
