CSD/Securities Product Manager sought by leading financial services organisation based in London.
**Inside IR35 - Hybrid working**
Principal duties
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
- Assist in formulating strategy for the CSD by aligning cross functional teams, uncovering opportunities and analysing lifecycles
- Identify features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes
- Participation in development projects from initiation to implementation in support of the company's UK & International strategy.
- Taking ownership of and researching ideas; where appropriate consulting the UK market on potential developments, either via working groups, the publication of "green books" or through face to face meetings.
- Assessing industry movements and refine value based pricing post the launch of new products/services. This also includes identifying the impacts of technological and/or regulatory changes on the company and its clients ,analyse the opportunities to develop new services around it.
- The production of feasibility studies and pre-business cases in relation to proposed developments.
- Working with Project Leaders, Business Analysts and Senior Product Managers to produce Business Cases for submission to appropriate Senior Management Committees.
- Representing Group companies in external and group meetings (this could be bilateral or with trade organisations) and you may be required to undertake some European travel.
- Providing sales support including presenting at client and prospect meetings
- Conducting post launch audits, track product success, analysis P&L metrics. KPIs , making recommendations for improvements to existing products and services

- project based and/or product management experience.
