We're currently recruiting for a motivated individual to manage and lead an existing client services team of six, who are responsible for supporting in excess of 1000 new mortgage customers per month. This team is responsible for providing a comprehensive service to it's mortgage clients throughout the customer journey, offering additional complimentary services.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Management of telephone based customer service / client services team

- Provide team leadership & motivation, along with process improvement and KPI's / objectives

- Help in developing the direction of this central concierge system

- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure the proposition is being fully maximised for clients

- Provide reporting of team performance to senior leadership team

- To ensure our corporate clients receive the very best service and a first class customer journey at all times

What We're Looking For

- An individual with experience of managing a customer service team, and an appreciation of the sales function

- A positive, motivated character that will help to really drive this fantastic team of customer service specialists

- Experience within the mortgage and protection industry would be ideal

- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and also third party partners
