We're delighted to be working with a London insurer to support the hire of a Delegated Claims Manager.  This is a newly created position and a pivotal role for the Delegated Authority team as the company continues to grow their delegated book.Along with taking responsibility for the oversight and ongoing management of the TPAs & DCAs you will be a key member of the team and provide support to the Delegated Authority Manager.We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead quality assurance within our Delegated Authority Team and support the management of a growing panel of TPA’s and DCA’s.What You'll Do;
  • Drive onboarding, due diligence, and audits for Third Party Administrators and Delegated Claims Authorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and bordereaux teams to uphold standards and deadlines
  • Manage loss funds, contracts, and deliver key management insights
  • Representing delegated claims in committees
Your experience; 
  • Proven expertise in Delegated Authority Claims Management across the UK and internationally 
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty requirements
  • Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver on time
