We're delighted to be working with a London insurer to support the hire of a Delegated Claims Manager. This is a newly created position and a pivotal role for the Delegated Authority team as the company continues to grow their delegated book.Along with taking responsibility for the oversight and ongoing management of the TPAs & DCAs you will be a key member of the team and provide support to the Delegated Authority Manager.We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead quality assurance within our Delegated Authority Team and support the management of a growing panel of TPA’s and DCA’s.What You'll Do;

Drive onboarding, due diligence, and audits for Third Party Administrators and Delegated Claims Authorities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and bordereaux teams to uphold standards and deadlines
Manage loss funds, contracts, and deliver key management insights
Representing delegated claims in committees

Your experience;

Proven expertise in Delegated Authority Claims Management across the UK and internationally
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty requirements
Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver on time
