- Drive onboarding, due diligence, and audits for Third Party Administrators and Delegated Claims Authorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and bordereaux teams to uphold standards and deadlines
- Manage loss funds, contracts, and deliver key management insights
- Representing delegated claims in committees
- Proven expertise in Delegated Authority Claims Management across the UK and internationally
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty requirements
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver on time
