Development Finance Case Manager

Our client is a highly successful finance brokerage, specialising in property finance for developers and investors.

We are looking for an experienced Development Finance Case Manager to support a growing team of Development Finance Brokers with their day-to-day responsibilities.

Are you looking for a career not just a job? As the company continues to evolve, you will opportunity to lead a team and grow into an Operations Manager role.

You must at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have a proven track record as a Development Finance Case Manager / Paraplanner. You will need to have experience of administering development finance cases, understanding the full case management cycle. This includes submission through to completion.

Key Skills Required:

  • Check the validity of documents sent in with applications against lender criteria and manage ongoing communication with lender partners, underwriters, and solicitors.
  • Liaising with lenders, valuers and solicitors collating relevant information and updates
  • Monitor case progression and pipelines
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with a high-volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
  • Enthusiastic and driven

Basic salary up to £40k (depending on experience) + Bonus + Excellent Pension.
