- Fulfill cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
- Promote new business referrals and recommendations from current clients.
- Conduct renewal market presentations and negotiations, offering well-considered recommendations to clients.

- Review policies, market presentations, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
- Design insurance programs and pricing structures that align with client needs, leveraging knowledge of the client, market conditions, and industry sector.
- Optimize revenue from new and existing clients by utilizing a full range of placement channels and market options tailored to client segments.
- Adhere to business procedures and operational requirements consistently.
- Proactively develop and present solutions to ensure high client retention rates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of the Marine Hull insurance market, both UK and internationally.
- Preferably holds a degree or possesses relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Exhibits proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and budgeting.
