The specialist Corporate Finance Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with on of or key clients as they are looking to add an experienced Corporate Finance Director to their growing team.

This rare and exciting opportunity is coming to market due to an internal restructure and is an integral role for the growth plans of the business.
Joining in a high profile position, you will be working closely with senior partners across the business whilst being responsible for leading the Corporate Finance team.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Oversight of the end to end project / transaction
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Manage capital structure and mitigate risks
- Mentoring and developing the team
In order to secure this great career opportunity, that could lead to being a Partner in the future you will need to be a confident and capable people leader who comes from a solid background in Corporate Finance / M&A.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Corporate Finance, five years or more in a senior leadership role
- Strong Analytical and Strategic skills
- CPA, CFA, or relevant certification
