As a Finance Transformation Leader, you will leading initiatives, shaping the future of finance systems, processes and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Finance leadership, this strategic role combines leadership within the Finance function and cross-functional collaboration.

In this pivotal position, you'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in finance, systems integration, and automation to drive efficiency, innovation, and transformation. You'll also manage a team of specialists, ensuring seamless system support, process improvements, and strategic alignment with the broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation Leadership
    • Oversee end-to-end change management for finance systems, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP) and alignment with operational objectives.
    • Deliver a robust finance function that leverages data-driven decision-making, automated reporting, and best practices for controls.
  • System & Process Optimisation
    • Lead finance system administration and incident management, covering SAP, SAC, Treasury systems, and reconciliation tools.
    • Drive enhancements in financial processes, including the management of payment systems, systems integration, and reporting workflows.
  • Road-map Development
    • Define and execute a comprehensive finance systems roadmap, providing thought leadership to refine technology capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Serve as the key liaison between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
    • Partner with stakeholders on system-related incident management, ensuring data integrity and operational resilience.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a team, covering finance systems administration, trust finance system support, and process standardisation.
    • Champion cultural change, fostering innovation, efficiency, and collaboration across the team and the broader Finance function.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience in driving technology implementations and enhancements.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and adept at influencing at senior levels to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
