A successful business lending institution in the UK who are an exciting FinTech with an innovate product are on the lookout for a director to lead their merchant acquiring/structuring and credit risk analytics function.

THE COMPANY

This financial institution is based in London. They are a fast-paced FinTech who cover business lending through their merchants and partners. They have a lean and high calibre team, offer good flexibility to their employees and are known to have a great culture!

THE ROLE

The role is a Director level role that will oversee the risk analytics team who use SQL on a daily business to help the development of their credit risk strategies. This role will also take ownership over structuring their larger deals with merchants they partner with, looking at all the risk involved and the policy surrounding this. This will involve consulting with their partners, utilising the analytics team and working very closely with the product team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in a credit fund is ideal
Experience structuring or restructuring deals within consumer or business lending
Experience in credit risk analytics is a nice to have
Experience in leading a team/function
Analytical mindset
