My Client is a Not For Profit organisation based in central London.

4 million income.

You will be sitting on the Executive Team and lead the strategy and delivery of finance, HR, IT/systems and office services.

You will be a qualified accountant, brilliant at both systems and people management, looking for a senior, broad and very much "sleeves rolled up" role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

* Financial strategy and service delivery. Working with the Finance Manager, but personally producing the Business Plan, Statutory Accounts and the monthly Management Accounts.

* People strategy and service delivery. Working with the HR Manager, but personally producing the People Plan as part of the Business Plan.

* IT hardware & systems strategy and service delivery.

The client is looking for Candidates with:

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA), ideally with prior experience at Director level.

* Proven excellent team and service leadership for at least 5 years that includes but is not limited to finance.

* Excellent range of management skills, including resource planning, communication and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a busy agile environment, to be proactive and fast-paced while always ensuring results are achieved.

* Ability to be diplomatic, able to act with confidence and integrity in all situations while influencing others.
