Founded over 40 years ago, the business provide consultancy and delivery of services to their clients across a multitude of sectors including Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, Business Services, Government and Construction to name a few. With a diverse scope the business has continued to grow as they add new services within their portfolio.

As part of their growth, they are looking to appoint a Director of FP&A for one of their global subsidiaries.

Description

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for:

Develop the planning and analysis capabilities of the division
Provide consolidated monthly and quarterly insights and reporting
Key business partner to operational heads
Analysis of performance to drive decision making
Revenue and cost recognition
Develop the FP&A team
Budget lead for the region
Ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Demonstrable experience within FP&A in a leadership role (Head of/Director or looking to step up from Manager)
Able to build relationships within a diverse, global environment
Able to provide insight to inform business decisions
Development of KPIs to assess performance
Strong Excel skills and systems knowledge
Services sector experience will be a distinct advantage

Job Offer

The Director of FP&A role comes with a competitive base salary of £100,000-£140,000, plus bonus and a comprehensive package.
