Senior Business Development Executive - Finance (12-month FTC)
We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Executive for their Finance department on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of business plans and BD initiatives, particularly for the Structured Finance practice.
- Manage and draft pitches, ensuring alignment with practice strengths and client needs.
- Drive profile-raising campaigns and coordinate events to enhance client engagement.
- Oversee the directory submissions process for Finance groups, ensuring maximum rankings.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Maintain and update key finance documents, credentials, and capability statements.
- Facilitate budgeting for BD activities and monitor expenditure.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two to three years' business development experience in a corporate or professional services firm, ideally with exposure to finance or debt capital markets.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Proven experience in building strategic relationships and pursuing new business.
- Proficiency with systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with InterAction is an advantage.
