Kenna are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a high-end residential contractor based in the heart of London.

Job Overview:

  • Must have experience and confidence in using the EDMS: Procore (must be able to use at a main contractor level).
  • Proven experience in document control, ideally within a construction background.
  • Ready to join a young and dynamic work team.
  • Partial office management/admin duties included in the role.
  • Must be able to travel to and from the office via own means of transport.
  • 5 days based in the company Head Office, located in Fitzrovia.
  • Must have high efficiency and organization skills.
  • Responsible for producing accurate reports and ensuring that all documentation is up to date and compatible with the most recent system versions.
  • Ensuring that all documents can be accessed by the relevant departments/people.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to clearly communicate with various teams and external partners.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
