We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to assist us in transitioning from Version 14 to the new Version 25 of Microsoft Dynamics. The main objective of this role is to rigorously test the new system to ensure it meets our financial processes and standards. You will play a critical role in identifying issues, understanding their origins, and preparing detailed reports that highlight the findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the new Microsoft Dynamics system (Version 25) to ensure it aligns with our financial processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify any issues arising during testing.
- Analyse and document the root causes of identified issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the findings, including explanations of the "why" and "where" of each issue.
- Support teams execute the transition work, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the testing process is fit for purpose, addressing feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in finance processes.
- Familiarity with both Microsoft Dynamics Version 14 and Version 25.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in managing testing processes and providing insights on improvements.
