Your new companyA leading global cosmetics developer & manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team! You'll be responsible for the EMEA regions (UK, Italy, Germany & Spain), as well as managing a small finance team. This role is based in NW London, with hybrid working offered post probation.Your new roleReporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting for the EMEA regions
  • Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards across the EMEA regions (UK, Italy, Spain, and Germany), and preparing accurate financial reports.
  • Cost Management: Implementing cost-effective strategies and monitoring expenses to optimise financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and senior management to align financial goals with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Operations: Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial audits.
  • Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Financial Systems: Managing and improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting with Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience with the above responsibilities. You'll ideally have 2-3 years PQE with industry experience, however this client may consider practice trained candidates with accounts prep experience. Team management experience a bonus, but not essential, however a desire to manage a small team is needed!What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000.
