MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager for a leading energy services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee strategic, operational, and resilience risk matters within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders to enhance risk culture and support critical business growth areas.

The Role

As Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in the firms Insurance Risk Function, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk. This position offers competitive remuneration and the chance to contribute to significant risk management initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Risk Manager:

  • Support the oversight and embedding of the ERM Framework
  • Act as a risk partner with key stakeholders to enhance risk culture
  • Contribute to business-wide risk and controls transformation programmes
  • Oversee management of long-term strategic and emerging risks
  • Conduct independent oversight and assurance of ERMF implementation

Required knowledge and experience for the Enterprise Risk Manager role:

  • Degree-level qualification or relevant professional certification
  • Experience in insurance or financial services risk management
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes and control development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, changing environments
