A federation of five schools in Central London is seeking an Executive School Business Manager to oversee financial and operational management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of 5 primary schools.
About the Executive School Business Manager Role
As the Federation Executive School Business Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial sustainability and administrative effectiveness of the schools. Working closely with headteachers and senior leaders, you will drive strategic financial planning, resource management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities of Executive School Business Manager:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the federation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices
- Oversee procurement, payroll, HR administration, and risk management
- Manage and develop administrative teams to support school operations
- Coordinate with auditors, stakeholders, and external partners
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven financial insights
- Drive efficiency in resource allocation, facilities management, and contract negotiations
