Finance and Operations Manager

Salary to £70,000 + amazing benefits

About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Operations, Finance & Compliance Associate to support our clients operations, legal, and finance teams. You'll handle quarterly reporting, KYC compliance, office management, and LP communications. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage investor inquiries are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Admin: Log invoices, chase missing invoices, reconcile payments, and process expenses.

  • Account Admin: Manage accounts, update security settings.

  • KYC & Onboarding: Handle investor forms, verify KYC documents, run checks.

  • Fund Admin & Reporting: Manage portfolio submissions, coordinate quarterly reports, update LP communications.

  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, liaise with landlords, ensure a clean and organized space.

  • Compliance: Schedule compliance meetings, update training records, ensure safety assessments.

  • Investor Relations: Assist with LP transfers, maintain records, ensure GDPR compliance.

  • Document Management: Keep templates up-to-date, manage document storage.

  • Special Projects: Coordinate charity events, track carbon footprint.

Key Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Experience in compliance, KYC/AML processes is a plus

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
